Meet Jennifer Baez, PhD
Jennifer is an organizational leader, former school principal, executive consultant, adjunct professor, and Chief Operating Officer in the construction industry whose career has spanned education, business operations, leadership development, and organizational culture.
Over the past two decades, she has led transformational work across schools districts, nonprofit organizations, and small business, and private industry. Her experience includes serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district leader, project manager, executive consultant, and corporate executive.
As Chief Operating Officer of BEHKO Group, Jennifer oversees organizational systems, operations, talent development, culture, safety, and strategic growth. She also serves as an adjunct professor at The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, where she teaches graduate-level courses focused on multilingualism, organizational culture, and leadership.
Jennifer is widely recognized for her work helping leaders understand the hidden cultural dynamics that influence performance, advancement, communication, and organizational success. Her Hidden 90: Cultural Framework has been used to help leaders move beyond surface-level solutions and address the deeper factors that shape behavior and reach their goals.
